Union-busting is common in business world, study finds

Those who have organized a union in their workplace are very likely to have experienced one - or all - of the above, according to a new study by the Economic Policy Institute and the American Rights At Work Education Fund.

Corporate abuse of workers trying to bargain for a better life is inexcusable. This is why the Employee Free Choice Act is absolutely essential.
